摘　　要：本文以佛山市某废旧电子电器拆解企业地块为调查评估对象,根据相关国家、地方技术导则和规范,开展地块土壤和地下水污染状况初步调查。通过第一阶段调查得知,地块内历史上有工业企业入驻,可能受到一定程度的污染,因此本地块需进行第二阶段调查工作。调查单位在对地块开展第二阶段调查过程中,在地块内布设了若干地下水、土壤和底泥监测点。根据检测结果可知,调查地块的土壤和地下水环境质量良好,各检测项目检出值均能满足对应的风险筛选值要求,无须开展详细调查及风险评估工作,可结束土壤污染状况调查工作。调查地块土壤和地下水的环境质量现状可以满足地块作为二类居住用地开发利用。This paper takes the land plot of a waste electronic and electrical dismantling enterprise in Foshan City as the object of investigation and evaluation,and conducts a preliminary investigation on the soil and groundwater pollution of the land plot according to relevant national and local technical guidelines and specifications. Through the first-stage investigation, it is known that historically, industrial enterprises have settled in the plot, which may be polluted to a certain extent. Therefore, the second stage of investigation is required for this plot. During the second phase of the investigation of the plot, the survey unit has set up several monitoring points for groundwater, soil and sediment in the plot. According to the test results, the soil and groundwater environment quality of the surveyed plots is good, and the detected values of each test item can meet the corresponding risk screening value requirements. There is no need to carry out detailed investigation and risk assessment work, and the soil pollution status investigation can be concluded. Investigating the status quo of soil and groundwater environmental quality in the plot can satisfy the development and utilization of the plot as a second-class residential land.
