摘　　要：竣工环境保护验收监测,对落实环境保护“三同时”有重要意义。根据建设项目竣工环境保护验收技术指南等要求,结合工作实践,以粉末涂料制造项目为例,从工艺流程、产污环节及污染物、污染源、处理措施、监测内容、监测结果及评价等方面,进行竣工环境保护验收监测探究,并提出相关建议,为同类型行业企业的竣工环境保护验收提供参考。The acceptance and monitoring of environmental protection upon completion is of great significance to the implementation of the “three Simultaneities” of environmental protection. According to the requirements of the technical guidelines for environmental protection acceptance of construction projects, combined with the work practice, taking the powder coating manufacturing project as an example, the monitoring and Research on environmental protection acceptance of completion are carried out from the aspects of process flow, pollution production links and pollutants, pollution sources, treatment measures,monitoring contents, monitoring results and evaluation, and relevant suggestions are put forward to provide reference for the environmental protection acceptance of completion of enterprises in the same industry.
