摘 要:该研究分析了垃圾焚烧发电厂臭气特点及现有垃圾储坑应急除臭系统不足,通过优化设计与中试实验,探究化学洗涤工艺在垃圾焚烧电厂垃圾储坑应急除臭的实际运行效果。实验结果表明,化学洗涤除臭工艺对焚烧电厂垃圾储坑恶臭气体有良好的的处理效果,酸洗+碱洗和碱洗+NaClO工艺对臭气浓度的去除效果更佳,而碱洗+NaClO工艺同时对氨有较好的去除效果。对单级碱洗和单级Na ClO两种工艺除臭效果进行嗅辨评价,两种工艺均实现了较好的除臭效果,其中单级Na ClO除臭效果更佳,臭气强度下降幅度更明显。This study analyzes the odor characteristics of waste incineration power plants and the insufficient emergency deodorization system of existing garbage storage pits, and explores the actual operation effect of chemical washing process in the emergency deodorization of waste storage pits of waste incineration power plants through optimized design and pilot experiments. Experimental results show that the chemical washing and deodorization process has a good treatment effect on the odorous gas in the garbage storage pit of the incineration power plant, and the acid washing + alkali washing + NaClO process has a better effect on the removal of odor concentration, while the alkali washing + NaClO process has a good removal effect on ammonia. The deodorization effect of single-stage alkali washing and single-stage NaClO processes was sniffed and evaluated, and both processes achieved better deodorization effect, among which the single-stage NaClO deodorization effect was better and the odor intensity reduction was more obvious.
