摘 要:目的:以分子印迹聚合物技术研究一种快速、准确检测农药苦参碱的方法。方法:以苦参碱为模板分子,对氨基苯硫酚为功能单体,以纳米金为修饰材料,在pH=6柠檬酸-磷酸氢二钠溶液中,用电化学还原法修饰玻碳电极,电聚合形成掺杂纳米金的聚对氨基苯硫酚分子印迹聚合膜,制备了苦参碱分子印迹电化学传感器,并研究了该传感器检测时的洗脱和吸附条件,以及方法的分析性能。结果:将分子印迹传感器在乙醇-醋酸(体积比9∶1)溶液中浸泡3 min,然后置于样品溶液中吸附5 min,选用5 mmol/L K3Fe(CN)6的氯化钾溶液为表征溶液,采用循环伏安法测定峰电流。在最佳条件下,苦参碱浓度在2.0×10^(-6)~5.0×10^(-6)μg/mL范围内线性关系良好,检出限为3.3×10^(-8)μg/mL,相对标准偏差不大于3.0%。结论:用该分子印迹传感器检测苦参碱性能好,方法简单,线性关系好,精密度好、准确度高。Objective: A rapid and accurate method for the detection of the pesticide matrine was studied by molecularly imprinted polymer technology. Method:Using matrine as template molecule, p-aminothiophenol as functional monomer, and nano-gold as modification material, the glassy carbon electrode was modified by electrochemical reduction method in pH=6 citric acid-disodium hydrogen phosphate solution. The molecularly imprinted polymeric film of poly(p-aminothiophenol)doped with nano-gold was formed by polymerization, and a molecularly imprinted electrochemical sensor of matrine was prepared, and the elution and adsorption conditions of the electrode were studied. Result: The molecularly imprinted sensor was soaked in ethanol-acetic acid(volume ratio 9:1) solution for 3 min, and then placed in the sample solution for adsorption for 5 min. An aqueous solution of 5 mmol/L K3Fe(CN)6 in potassium chloride solution was selected as the characterization solution. Peak currents were determined by cyclic voltammetry. Under the optimal conditions, the matrine concentration has a good linear relationship in the range of 2.0×10^(-6)~5.0×10^(-6) μg/mL, the detection limit is 3.3×10^(-8) μg/mL, and the relative standard deviation is not More than 3.0 %. Conclusion:The molecular imprinting sensor has good performance, simple method, good linear relationship, good precision and high accuracy.
