摘  要:近年来,随着我国经济不断地发展,全球经济一体化的进程不断加深,化学生产行业也随之快速发展,资源浪费的现象越来越严重。我国在可持续发展观念指导之下积极的开展节能减排工作,合成氨生产中的废气利用是工业生产过程中十分重要的加工环节,其能耗占据整个生产过程中的20%以上。因此,合成氨生产中的废气利用及节能效益成为相关学者和社会的焦点,基于此,文章结合实践,对合成氨生产中的废气利用及节能效益进行深入分析与探究,以此提高企业的生产效益。In recent years,with the continuous development of China’s economy and the deepening of the process of global economic integration,the chemical production industry has also developed rapidly,the phenomenon of waste of resources has become more and more serious.Under the guidance of the concept of sustainable development,China is actively carrying out the work of energy saving and emission reduction.The utilization of waste gas in the production of synthetic ammonia is a very important processing link in the industrial production process,and its energy consumption accounts for more than 20%of the whole production process.Therefore,the utilization of waste gas and energy-saving benefits in the production of synthetic ammonia have become the focus of relevant scholars and society.Based on this,the paper,combined with practice,makes an in-depth analysis and exploration on the utilization of waste gas and energy-saving benefits in the production of synthetic ammonia,in order to improve the production efficiency of enterprises.
