摘 要:铁广泛分布于自然界的水、蔬菜、水果等作物植物和生物中,是一种重要的生理元素,在生物体生命过程中发挥着至关重要的作用。因此开发高效检测Fe^(3+)的方法具有重大的研究意义。荧光检测具有方便、快速、高灵敏度和高特异性等特点,是一种检测Fe^(3+)的有效手段。本文基于2,6-二甲基吡啶合成了荧光化学传感器B1,传感器B1可与Fe^(3+)络合引起其荧光猝灭,并且不受其他金属离子的干扰,检出限为0.04μM。Iron is widely distributed in water,vegetables,fruits and other crop plants and organisms in nature.It is an important physiological element and plays a crucial role in many biochemical processes.Therefore,it is of great significance to develop an efficient method for Fe^(3+)detection.Fluorescence detection featured with convenience,rapidity,high sensitivity and high specificity is an effective method for the detection of Fe^(3+).In this paper,a fluorescence chemical sensor B1 was synthesized based on 2,6-dimethylpyridine,which can complex with Fe^(3+)to cause fluorescence quenching,and was not interfered by other metal ions.The detection limit was 0.04μM.
