摘  要:依据全寿命周期理论,公共建筑在运行阶段的碳排放远远大于建造阶段,其比例占整个生命周期的60%甚至以上,而公共建筑中用电量最大的是中央空调系统,约占建筑整体能耗的40%。因此,既有公共建筑中央空调的减碳行动,对实现碳达峰、碳中和的目标至关重要。该文以某酒店中央空调智能化控制升级为例,搭载智能云端控制系统的中央空调,充分利用算法、物联网等先进的通信系统及大数据优势深度挖掘数字资源,分析改造前后电费节约情况,探讨既有公共建筑的节能降碳路径。According to the life cycle theory,the carbon emissions of public buildings in the operation stage are much larger than those in the construction phase,accounting for 60%or more of the whole life cycle,while the central air conditioning system consumes the most electricity in public buildings.It accounts for about 40%of the overall energy consumption of the building.Therefore,the carbon reduction action of central air conditioning in existing public buildings is very important to achieve the goal of carbon peak and carbon neutralization.In this paper,taking the intelligent control upgrade of the central air conditioning in a hotel as an example,the central air conditioning equipped with intelligent cloud control system makes full use of advanced communication systems such as algorithm and Internet of things and big data's advantages to deeply excavate digital resources.This paper analyzes the electricity saving before and after the transformation,and discusses the energy saving and carbon reduction path of the existing public buildings.
