摘  要:1000 MW机组引风机节能优化设计,主要是对风机节能方法进行选择并且进行可行性、经济性分析,为风机节能提供理论依据及数据支撑。在MATLAB中进行仿真实验,从而得出引风机采用变频前和采用变频后的输入功率差异。通过对引风机变频前输入功率、变频后输入功率和节能量等方面的计算,得出引风机在不同工况下的节能量。通过该文的仿真实验和节能计算,验证通过变频调速来实现引风机节能的必要性和可行性。The energy-saving optimization design of induced draft fan of 1000 MW unit is mainly to select the fan energy-saving method and analyze the feasibility and economy,so as to provide theoretical basis and data support for fan energy-saving.The simulation experiment is carried out in MATLAB,and the difference of input power between induced draft fan before and after frequency conversion is obtained.Through the calculation of input power before frequency conversion,input power after frequency conversion and energy saving of induced draft fan,the energy saving of induced draft fan under different working conditions is obtained.Through the simulation experiment and energy-saving calculation in this paper,it is verified that it is necessary and feasible to realize the energy saving of induced draft fan through frequency conversion speed regulation.
