摘 要:企业在批量生产过程中要求产品的标准性、统一性和高效性,轨道车辆中的制动阀垫片被大量使用,同时属于薄壁盘类零件,盘类零件在数控机床的装夹过程中易产生端面圆跳动,从而影响加工中产品的质量,导致废品率的上升,这是企业生产中最不愿看到的问题。该文通过对几种端面圆跳动的控制方法进行分析对比,选用简单快捷的定位工装法完成垫片在生产过程中端面圆跳动的控制,满足垫片的质量要求,提高生产效率。In the process of mass production,enterprises require the standardization,unity and efficiency of products.Brake valve gaskets in rail vehicles are widely used.At the same time,they belong to thin-wall disc parts.Disc parts are easy to produce end face circular runout during the clamping process of CNC machine tools,which affects the quality of products in processing and leads to the rise of scrap rate.This is the most undesirable problem in the production of enterprises.Through the analysis and comparison of several control methods of end face circular runout,this paper selects a simple and fast positioning tooling method to control the end face circular runout in the production process of gaskets,which can meet the quality requirements of gaskets and improves the production efficiency.
