摘  要:随着人类社会向更高层次发展,资源环境的承载能力面临更大的挑战,把握好资源环境利用与经济发展之间的平衡尤为重要。内蒙古自治区作为我国北方重要生态安全屏障,立足各盟市资源环境承载能力,探索生态优先、绿色发展之路受到广泛关注。采用生态足迹模型测算了内蒙古自治区12个盟市在2005、2010、2015、2020年的人均生态足迹和人均生态承载力并分析了其时空变化特征。结果显示:内蒙古自治区各盟市间生态足迹、生态承载力和生态盈余空间差异较明显,生态承载力均低于生态足迹(除2005年锡林郭勒盟外),出现不同程度的赤字;各盟市在2010年后生态承载力均有小幅上升趋势,人均生态足迹的增长速度也有所放缓,但生态超载依然存在。为此,从保护生态生产性土地、增强人口素质和优化产业结构等方面提出了对策建议,为自治区践行绿色可持续发展提供理论参考。As human society develops to a higher level,the carrying capacity of resources and environment faces greater challenges.It is particularly important to strike a balance between resource and environment utilization and economic development.The Inner Mongolia,as an ecological security barrier in northern China,has drawn wide attention for its efforts to explore ecological priority and green development based on the carrying capacity of resources and environment.In this paper,the ecological footprint model was used to estimate the per capita ecological footprint and ecological carrying capacity of 12 league cities under the jurisdiction of Inner Mongolia in 2005,2010,2015 and 2020.The results showed that there were obvious regional differences in ecological footprint,ecological carrying capacity and ecological surplus among the cities of Inner Mongolia,and the ecological carrying capacity was lower than the ecological footprint.There were deficits of different degrees.After 2010,the ecological carrying capacity of all the cities increased slightly,and the growth rate of per capita ecological footprint also slowed down,but ecological overload still existed.Therefore,this paper puts forward some suggestions from the aspects of protecting ecological productive land,enhancing population quality and optimizing industrial structures,which provides theoretical reference for the practice of green and sustainable development.
