摘 要:为研究湖北海棠的化学成分,利用聚酰胺柱色谱、正相硅胶柱色谱及高效液相色谱等多种色谱技术对其化学成分进行了分离纯化,根据化合物的薄层特点和波谱得出的数据计算鉴定化合物的结构,对湖北海棠干燥叶70%乙醇提取物进行分离纯化,得到了11个化合物。其中9个为黄酮类化合物。经鉴定,其结构定为根皮苷(1)、3-羟基根皮苷(2)、2S-茎草素-5-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(3)、2S-柚皮素-5-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(4)、2R-茎草素-5-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(5)、2R-柚皮素-5-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(6)、槲皮素-3-O-β-D-鼠李糖苷(7)、槲皮素-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(8)、毛莨酢浆草苷(9)、对羟基苯丙酸(10)、5,7-二羟基色原酮(11),其中化合物(7)~(9)为首次从湖北海棠中分离得到。In order to study the chemical composition of Malus hupehensis,the chemical composition of Malus hupehensis is separated and purified by polyamide column chromatography,normal phase silica gel chromatography and high-performance liquid column chromatography.According to the thin layer characteristics of the compounds and the data obtained from the spectrum,the structures of the compounds were calculated and identified.After the separation and purification of 70%ethanol extract from the dried leaves of Malus hupehensis,11 compounds are obtained,9 of which are flavone.Their structures were identified as rhizobidin(1),3-hydroxygenin(2),2S-stemlysin-5-O-β-D-glucoside(3),2S-naringin-5-O-β-D-glucoside(4),2R-stemovoid-5-O-β-D-glucoside(5),2R-naringin-5-O-β-D-glucoside(6),quercetin-3-O-β-D-rhamnoside(7),quercetin-3-O-β-D-glucoside(8),chocophyllone(9),p-hydroxyphenylpropionic acid(10)and 5,7-dihydroxy chromatophenone(11).Among them,compounds(7)~(9)were isolated from Malus hupehensis for the first time.
