摘　　要：为规范和加强实验室安全教育培训工作,北京林业大学通过打造专兼结合、德才兼备的高水平专业化实验室安全培训队伍,建设内容丰富、形式多样、标准统一的实验室安全培训教材,搭建分类施教、按需施训、动态考核的实验室安全培训与准入平台,构建以线上为主、线下为辅、线上线下混合的实验室安全培训模式,完善学校、学院、实验室三级联动互补的实验室安全培训体系,逐步建成全员参与、全面覆盖、全程控制的实验室安全培训格局,营造了人人重安全、人人懂安全、人人抓安全的实验室安全文化氛围,可为相关高校实验室安全教育培训工作提供借鉴和参考。To standardize and strengthen the work of laboratory safety education and training,the practical exploration of the construction of laboratory safety education and training system in Beijing Forestry University was introduced.By building a high-level professional laboratory safety training team with both political integrity and professional skills,building a set of laboratory safety training materials with rich content,diverse forms and unified standards,building a laboratory safety training and access platform with classified teaching,on-demand training and dynamic assessment,constructing a online and offline blended laboratory safety training platform,establishing a laboratory safety training content system with three levels of linkage and complementarity between schools,colleges and laboratories,the university gradually built a laboratory safety training pattern with full participation,comprehensive coverage and full control,and created a laboratory safety culture atmosphere where everyone stresses safety,everyone understands safety and everyone grasps safety.
