摘 要:为应对低浊高藻水库原水的净水处理困境,通过气浮与臭氧活性炭中试研究,对唐家水厂原常规工艺流程进行了升级改造,采用“臭氧预氧化—机械搅拌混合—网格絮凝—溶气气浮—砂滤—臭氧活性炭—消毒”组合工艺,实现了对低浊高藻水库水的有效处理。改造后运行效果表明,气浮出水浊度可稳定低于1.0 NTU,气浮对藻类的平均去除率在90%以上,臭氧活性炭可有效解决高藻原水引发的出水嗅味超标问题,出水水质满足《生活饮用水卫生标准》(GB 5749—2006)要求。介绍了升级改造工程的前期试验研究、改造工艺方案、主要设计参数、关键材料设备选型、实际运行效果和效益分析,可为同类型水源水厂改造提供借鉴参考。In order to deal with the difficulty of raw reservoir water which has low turbidity and algae-laden characteristic,and after pilot study of air flotation and ozone-activated carbon,the original conventional process flow of Tangjia water plant was upgraded.The main process after the upgrading project is Opre-oxidation-Mechanical stirring-Grid flocculation-Air flotation-Sand filtration-Ozone activated carbon-Disinfectio,which is adopted to effectively treat the raw water of low turbidity and algae-laden.The operation efficiency after modification show that,past the air flotation pool the effluent turbidity can below 1.0 NTU steadily,the algae removal rate up to 90%on average.Ozone-activated carbon process can effectively solve the problem of excessive odor caused by algae-laden raw water.The quality of the effluent is meet the requirements of the Standards for drinking water quality(GB 5749-2006).This paper introduces the preliminary test research,process scheme of reconstruction,main design parameters,selection of critical material and equipment,actual operation effect and benefit analysis.It can provide reference for the water plant reconstruction of with the same type of raw water.
