摘 要:通过分析测量准确性、设备、树脂再生、水质、树脂性能等影响因素,确定阴树脂受到有机物污染是造成某电厂锅炉补给水一级除盐系统周期制水量降低的直接原因。提出并实施了三种处理方案,均不同程度地提高了周期制水量。比较并分析了三种方案的优缺点和效果差异的原因,碱性氯化钠复苏法的效果最佳,酸碱交替处理法可作为短期应急方案。分析了阴树脂受有机物污染的根本原因,提供了一个较为完整的除盐系统周期制水量降低原因分析思路,提出了改善或解决树脂受有机物污染问题的措施。The influencing factors such as measurement accuracy,equipment,resin regeneration,water quality and resin performance were comprehensively analyzed,and it was determined that the organic pollution of anion resin was the direct reason for the decrease of periodic water production of boiler make-up water primary desalination system in a power plant.Three treatment schemes were proposed and implemented,which improved the periodic water production in different degree.The advantages and disadvantages of the three schemes and the reasons for the differences in the effects were compared and analyzed.The effect of alkaline sodium chloride recovery method was the best,and the acid-base alternative treatment method could be used as a short-term emergency scheme.The root causes of organic pollution of anion resin were analyzed.This paper provides a relatively complete analysis method of the reasons for the reduction of periodic water production in the desalination system,and puts forward measures to improve or solve the problem of organic pollution of resin.
