摘　　要：结合某大型住宅集中热水系统工程实例,分析了热水系统故障原因,指出了大型生活热水系统在系统设计、设备选型、施工细节、系统调试、运行管理等方面容易存在的问题,并给出了对应解决措施。Combined with an example of a large residential centralized hot water system project, this paper analyzes the causes of the failure of the hot water system, points out the easy problems of the large domestic hot water system in system design, equipment selection, construction details, system commissioning and operation management, and gives the corresponding solutions.
