摘 要:目的:利用污水流行病学方法分析污水样本中氟胺酮及去甲氟胺酮的浓度,以估算四川省氟胺酮的滥用量。方法:2021年7月至2022年3月期间,每季度采集一次全省170余个污水处理厂工作日和公休日的污水样本,固相萃取后利用三重四极杆液质联用仪测定污水中的氟胺酮和去甲氟胺酮的浓度,并结合污水处理厂进水口流量、服务人口数量及代谢率等参数估算氟胺酮的滥用量。结果:三次监测中氟胺酮的最高浓度分别为31.90 ng/L、14.90 ng/L、8.90 ng/L,氟胺酮的最高滥用量分别为82.68 mg/千人·d、33.17 mg/千人·d、5.99 mg/千人·d,全省工作日氟胺酮滥用量分别为4.05 mg/千人·d、5.23 mg/千人·d、0.71 mg/千人·d,公休日的分别为13.05 mg/千人·d、5.57 mg/千人·d、0.71 mg/千人·d。结论:连续监测期间,全省氟胺酮滥用量呈大幅下降趋势,当污水样品中氟胺酮和去甲氟胺酮的浓度比值大小在1.61~5.32时,为吸食毒品氟胺酮后正常代谢所产生。Objective: To analyze the consentration of 2-fluorodeschloroketamine(FDCK) and Nor-2-fluorodeschloroketamine(Nor-FDCK) by wastewater-based epidemiology(WBE) and estimate the consumption of FDCK. Methods: Wastewater samples were collected from more than 170 wastewater treatment plants(WWTPs) in the province on a weekday and a weekend day quarterly during July 2021 to March 2022. FDCK and Nor-FDCK in the wastewater influent were determined by liquid chromatography coupled with tandem mass spectrometry(LC-MS/MS) after solid phase extraction pretreatment.The concentration of FDCK was used to estimate the consumption of FDCK, combined with the amount of influent, served population and metabolic rate. Results: The highest concentration of FDCK for the three quarter was 31.90 ng/L, 14.90 ng/L and 8.90 ng/L, respectively. The highest consumption of FDCK was 82.68 mg/1000 inh·day, 33.17 mg/1000 inh·day, and 5.99mg/1000 inh·day, respectively. The average consumption of the province of FDCK on weekday was 4.05 mg/1000 inh·day, 5.23mg/1000 inh·day, and 0.71 mg/1000 inh·day, respectively, and was 13.05 mg/1000 inh·day, 5.57 mg/1000 inh·day, and 0.71mg/1000 inh·day, respectively on weekend. Conclusion: During the continuous monitoring period, the abuse of FDCK in the province showed a significant downward trend. When the concentration ratio of FDCK and Nor-FDCK in sewage samples is in the range of 1.61-5.32, it indicates that it is produced by normal metabolism after taking the drug FDCK.
