中药合理应用及不良反应应对措施

摘　　要：目的:探讨中药合理应用及不良反应应对措施。方法:随机选取2020年3月—2021年3月在该院接受中药治疗的300例患者,对其应用中药的情况进行回顾性分析,并对出现的不良反应进行分析后给予应对措施。结果:发放问卷300份,回收问卷300份,回收率100.00%。有效问卷280份,问卷有效率为93.33%。280例患者中,250例患者对中药合理用药知识掌握程度达标,达标率89.29%;280例患者中出现不良反应有80例,不良反应发生率为28.57%。结论:患者对于中药合理用药知识掌握程度需要提高,不良反应中未开展辨证论治、用法及用量不当、中药饮片炮制不当为主要不良反应原因。因此,在临床用药过程中需要注意中药的合理应用,提高患者用药的安全性。Objective: To explore the rational application of traditional Chinese medicine and the countermeasures of adverse reactions. Methods: A total of 300 patients who received traditional Chinese medicine treatment in the hospital from March 2020 to March 2021 were randomly selected. The application of traditional Chinese medicine was retrospectively analyzed,and the adverse reactions were analyzed and countermeasures were given. Results: 300 questionnaires were issued and 300questionnaires were returned, with a recovery rate of 100.00%. There were 280 valid questionnaires, and the effective rate of the questionnaire was 93.33%. Among the 280 patients, 250 patients had up to standard knowledge of the rational use of traditional Chinese medicine, with a compliance rate of 89.29%;80 of the 280 patients had adverse reactions, and the incidence of adverse reactions was 28.57%. Conclusion: Patients need to improve their knowledge of the rational use of traditional Chinese medicine. The main causes of adverse reactions are the failure to develop syndrome differentiation and treatment,improper usage and dosage, and improper preparation of Chinese herbal medicines. Therefore, it is necessary to pay attention to the reasonable application of traditional Chinese medicine in the process of clinical medication to improve the safety of patients’ medication.
