纤维支气管镜下局部注药对气管、支气管结核疾病的治疗效果

摘　　要：目的:分析纤维支气管镜下局部注药对气管、支气管结核疾病的治疗效果。方法:选取2019年6月—2021年6月我院收治的80例气管、支气管结核患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组采用抗结核治疗,观察组在抗结核治疗基础上联合纤维支气管镜下局部注药。比较两组痰菌阴转率、临床疗效、血降钙素原、C-反应蛋白以及免疫功能。结果:观察组痰菌阴转率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组临床疗效高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组血降钙素原和C-反应蛋白低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组免疫功能改善程度优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:气管、支气管结核患者应用纤维支气管镜下局部注药后,可有效提高痰菌阴转率和治疗效果,缓解患者炎症反应,增强机体免疫功能。Objective: To analyze the therapeutic effect of local injection under fiberoptic bronchoscopy on tracheal and bronchial tuberculosis diseases. Methods: A total of 80 patients with tracheal and bronchial tuberculosis admitted to our hospital from June 2019 to June 2021 were selected as subjects. According to the random number table method, they were divided into control group and observation group, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with anti-tuberculosis treatment, and the observation group was treated with local injection under fiberoptic bronchoscopy on the basis of anti-tuberculosis treatment. The sputum negative conversion rate, clinical efficacy, serum procalcitonin, C-reactive protein and immune function were compared between the two groups. Results: The sputum negative conversion rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). The clinical efficacy of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, serum procalcitonin and C-reactive protein in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). The improvement of immune function in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Local injection under fiberoptic bronchoscopy in patients with tracheal and bronchial tuberculosis can effectively improve the sputum negative conversion rate and therapeutic effect, alleviate the inflammatory response of patients and enhance the immune function of the body.
