双醋瑞因结合牛痘疫苗接种家兔炎症皮肤提取物治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的效果研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨双醋瑞因结合牛痘疫苗接种家兔炎症皮肤提取物治疗膝关节骨性关节炎(KOA)的疗效。方法:选取2018年1月—2021年12月开封市中心医院接受治疗的64例KOA患者,按随机数字表法分为A、B组,每组32例。A组采用双醋瑞因治疗,B组采用双醋瑞因结合牛痘疫苗接种家兔炎症皮肤提取物治疗,比较两组关节功能、疼痛程度及安全性。结果:治疗2周、4周及6周后,两组WOMAC评分、VAS评分低于治疗前,且B组低于A组(P<0.05);两组不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:双醋瑞因结合牛痘疫苗接种家兔炎症皮肤提取物治疗可改善KOA患者的关节功能,缓解疼痛程度,且不良反应较少,具有较高安全性。Objective: To investigate the efficacy of diacerein combined with vaccinia vaccine vaccinated rabbits with inflammatory skin extracts in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis(KOA). Methods: A total of 64 patients with KOA who received treatment in Kaifeng Central Hospital from January 2018 to December 2021 were selected and divided into groups A and B according to the random number table method, with 32 cases in each group. Group A was treated with diacerein, and group B was treated with diacerein combined with vaccinia vaccine inoculated rabbit inflammatory skin extract. The joint function, pain degree and safety were compared between the two groups. Results: After 2 weeks, 4 weeks and 6 weeks of treatment, the WOMAC score and VAS score of the two groups were lower than those before treatment, and the group B was lower than the group A(P<0.05). There was no statistical difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups. Academic significance(P>0.05). Conclusion: Diacerein combined with vaccinia vaccine inoculated with rabbit inflammatory skin extract can improve joint function and relieve pain in patients with KOA, with fewer adverse reactions and high safety.
