如意珍宝片治疗白脉病相关的慢性肌肉骨骼疼痛的镇痛疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察如意珍宝片治疗白脉病相关的慢性肌肉骨骼疼痛的临床疗效。方法:选取甘肃省各级医院中符合纳入标准的白脉病相关的慢性肌肉骨骼疼痛患者总计197例,其中腰椎间盘突出症105例、颈椎病36例、膝骨关节炎38例、腰椎管狭窄症18例。研究期间所有患者需要服用如意珍宝片,4片·次^(-1),b id,2周和4周后观察不同类型患者的疗效,包括VAS疼痛评分、NDI颈椎功能评分、Oswestry指数、JOA评分以及WOMAC炎症指数。结果:较治疗前,197例患者VAS评分显著降低,临床疗效有效率为92.39%。进一步观察不同疾病的其他临床指标,颈椎病患者NDI指数显著降低;膝骨关节炎患者WOMAC指数显著降低;腰椎管狭窄症患者JOA指数显著升高、Oswestry指数显著降低;腰椎间盘突出症患者JOA指数显著升高,4种患者各种指数也表现出较高的临床疗效有效率。结论:如意珍宝片能够减轻疼痛,对抗炎性痛、缓解神经性炎症及疼痛,改善各项肢体功能指数及评分,对白脉病相关的慢性肌肉骨骼疼痛有较好的镇痛及功能改善效果,且用药安全。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Ruyi Treasure tablets in the treatment of chronic musculoskeletal pain related to Baimai disease.Methods:A total of 197 patients with Baimai disease⁃related chronic musculoskeletal pain who met the inclusion criteria were selected from the hospitals at all levels in Gansu province,including 105 cases of lumbar disc herniation,36 cases of cervical spondylosis,38 cases of knee osteoarthritis,and 18 cases of lumbar spinal stenosis.During the study,all patients were administered Ruyi Treasure tablets,4 tablets/time,2 times/day,and observed for the efficacy after 2 weeks,including VAS score,NDI cervical function score,Oswestry index,JOA score and WOMAC inflammation index.Results:Compared with previous treatment,the VAS index of 197 patients was significantly reduced.The clinical efficacy rate was 92.39%.After further observation of other clinical indicators of different diseases,it was found that the NDI index of patients with cervical spondylosis decreased significantly,the WOMAC index of patients with knee osteoarthritis decreased significantly,the JOA index of patients with lumbar spinal stenosis increased significantly,the Oswestry index decreased significantly,and the JOA index of patients with lumbar disc herniation increased significantly.Furthermore,various indexes of the four classes of patients also showed higher clinical efficacy.Conclusion:Ruyi Zhenbao tablets improved pain evaluation indicators such as VAS index,anti⁃inflammatory pain relief of nerve inflammation and pain.It had a good and safe comprehensive analgesic effect on chronic musculoskeletal pain related and function improvement to Baimai disease.
