重组戊型肝炎疫苗与黄热减毒活疫苗、口服霍乱疫苗联合接种的安全性评价

摘　　要：本文旨在对单独接种重组戊型肝炎疫苗,联合接种黄热减毒活疫苗和口服霍乱疫苗,以及联合接种重组戊型肝炎疫苗、黄热减毒活疫苗并口服霍乱疫苗3种方法进行安全性评价。主动监测并应用Epidata录入安全性事件,使用SPSS软件进行统计分析。结果表明:3组组间总不良反应发生率(χ^(2)=1.195,P> 0.05),全身性不良反应发生率(χ^(2)=0.159,P> 0.05),局部性不良反应发生率(χ^(2)=1.036,P> 0.05)均无统计学差异;3组均存在不同性别与年龄组间不良反应发生率的统计学差异(P≤0.05)。因此,虽然单独接种重组戊型肝炎疫苗组、联合接种黄热减毒活疫苗及口服霍乱疫苗组和联合接种重组戊型肝炎疫苗、黄热减毒活疫苗及口服霍乱疫苗组3组之间疫苗接种安全性无明显差异,但性别和年龄是影响不良反应的相关因素。This paper is to evaluate the safety of combined vaccination of recombinant hepatitis E vaccine with live attenuated yellow fever vaccine and oral cholera vaccine. Epidata was used to actively monitor and collect the safety events in each group. SPSS software was used to analyze the adverse reactions and determine the safety differences among the groups. The results showed that there was no statistical difference in the incidence of adverse reactions(χ^(2)= 1.195, P > 0.05), systemic adverse reactions(χ^(2)=0.159, P > 0.05), and local adverse reactions(χ^(2)= 1.036, P > 0.05) among the groups. There were statistical differences in the incidence of adverse reactions between different genders and ages among three groups(P ≤ 0.05). Therefore, for the time being,there was no significant difference in safety the vaccination among the three groups of recombinant hepatitis E vaccine alone, the combined inoculation of live attenuated yellow fever vaccine and oral cholera vaccine, and the group of combined three vaccines.Gender and age are relevant factors affecting adverse effects of vaccination.
