摘　　要：总结黄金城教授从瘀论治小儿慢性鼻窦炎的经验。黄教授认为慢性鼻窦炎多虚实夹杂,常由外感或内伤诱发,而血瘀是其发病的关键,治疗时活血化瘀应贯穿始终。将小儿慢性鼻窦炎分为热瘀互结证、寒凝血瘀证、湿瘀互结证、气虚血瘀证4个证型,分别治以清热宣肺、活血通窍,温肺益气、散寒化瘀,健脾祛湿、活血通窍,健脾益气、活血通窍,予自拟鼻渊方,并随证加减,疗效满意。附案例1则,以资验证。To summarize professor HUANG Jincheng’s experience in the treatment of chronic sinusitis in children from“blood stasis”.He holds that chronic sinusitis is mostly deficiency mingling with excess,commonly induced by external contraction or internal injury,and blood stasis is the key to its pathogenesis.During treatment,promoting blood circulation to resolve stasis should span the whole course of treatment.He divides chronic sinusitis in children into 4 syndrome types:mutual binding of heat and blood stasis syndrome,cold congealing and blood stasis syndrome,mutual binding of dampness and blood stasis syndrome,qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome,each of which is given clearing away heat to disperse lung and activating blood to dredge orificies,warming lung to replenish qi and dispelling cold to resolve stasis,invigorating spleen to expel dampness and activating blood to dredge orificies as well as invigorating spleen to replenish qi and activating blood to dredge orificies,respectively.The prescription given is basic ones added with self-made Biyuan Fang(鼻渊方),with modification of prescription in accordance with syndrome based on syndrome differentiation,whereby achieving satisfactory efficacy.
