摘  要:总结闫永彬教授分层辨治小儿咳嗽的临床经验。闫教授认为小儿咳嗽,证见多端,外感、内伤、五脏六腑密切联系且具有较强层次感。分层辨治是明理的最好方法,明理是把复杂的咳嗽层次化,首辨病性,再辨主(次)证,最后辨兼症。3个层次的辨治,层次以分,机制自明,效果显著。论治以祛邪复常、宣降相宜、注意清肃为主,绝少使用寒凉伏遏之品,不忘久咳健脾、久嗽活血的学术思想。附案例2则,以资验证。To summarize the clinical experience of YAN Yongbin in stratified treatment of children with cough.Professor YAN holds that children with cough,the syndromes of which can seen many aspects,including external contraction,internal injury,five zang-organs and six fu-organs,all of which are closely related and have a strong trait of stratification.Stratified treatment according to syndrome differentiation is the best method of differentiating the mechanism, whereby the complicated cough is stratified,firstly to distinguish the disease nature and then to distinguish the cardinal or assident syndrome,and finally to distinguish the accompanying and complicated syndrome,with three stratification of differentiation and treatment,the mechanism is self-evident now that stratification is differentiated,thus it takes instant effect.Differentiation treatment is mainly expelling pathogenic factors and returning to the normal,proper dispersion and descent as well as paying attention to depurating and descending,and it should rarely use medicinals with cold,cool property and the function of latently inhibiting the flow of yangqi,and it should not forget the academic thought of invigorating spleen and activating blood for prolonged cough.Two cases are attached for verification.
