摘　　要：为了研究高青贮日粮对泌乳奶牛生产性能、生化指标及瘤胃pH值的影响,选用体况良好,日产奶量(29 kg左右)、泌乳天数接近的泌乳奶牛40头,平均分成2组,自由采食,自由饮水,分别饲喂对照日粮(常规日粮)和试验日粮(高青贮日粮),试验期为45 d。结果表明:高青贮日粮对试验泌乳奶牛的生产性能影响不显著(P>0.05);高青贮日粮对试验奶牛血液中谷丙转氨酶、非酯化脂肪酸、酮体、钙及磷的含量影响差异不显著(P>0.05),但对试验奶牛血液中葡萄糖、谷草转氨酶、β-羟丁酸、IgG及IgA的含量影响差异显著(P<0.05);高青贮日粮对试验奶牛瘤胃pH值影响不显著(P>0.05)。综上所述,高青贮日粮可以用于饲喂日产奶量在29 kg左右的泌乳奶牛。In order to study the effects of high corn silage diet on performance performance,blood biochemical indexes and ruminal pH in dairy cows,forty healthy with daily milk(about 29 kg)were selected and randomly assigned to two groups with twenty heads per groups.The experiment group was fed high silage diet,the control group was fed general diet.Feed and water were provided ad libitum.The experiment lasted for 45 days,feed,milk,blood and ruminal pH samples were collected during the trail period.The result showed that,the productive performance of dairy cows were no significantly affected by high corn silage diet(P>0.05).The ALT,NEFA,KET,Ca,P of blood were no significantly affected by high corn silage diet(P>0.05).The G,AST,β-HB,IgG,IgA of blood was significantly affected by high corn silage diet(P<0.05).The ruminal pH was no significantly affected by high corn silage diet(P>0.05).In conclusion,high corn silage diet can be used for lactating cows with daily milk of about 29 kg.
