摘  要:氢燃料电池汽车以其高效率、零排放的特点,被认为是汽车的终极能源。车用高压氢气瓶组合阀门(简称“瓶阀”)是车载储氢系统的关键零部件,用于控制储氢瓶内高压氢气的通断,高压氢气经瓶阀输送给下游减压阀、电堆,其可靠性对保障氢燃料电池汽车的安全性具有重要的意义。主要介绍高压氢气瓶组合阀门的主要功能、工作流程、设计和试验依据及国内外的发展现状等方面内容。Hydrogen fuel cell vehicle(HFV)is regarded as the ultimate energy source of automobile because of its high efficiency and zero emission.Combined valve of high-pressure hydrogen cylinder for vehicle(referred to as"bottle valve"for short)is the key component of vehicle-mounted hydrogen storage system,which is used to control the on-off of high-pressure hydrogen in the hydrogen storage bottle.The high-pressure hydrogen is delivered to the downstream pressure reducing valve and the stack through the bottle valve,and its reliability is of great significance to ensure the safety of hydrogen fuel cell vehicles.This paper introduces the main functions,working flow,design and test basis,and the development status at home and abroad of the high-pressure hydrogen cylinder combined valve.
