摘 要:针对雅中—江西±800 kV特高压直流线路工程(云3标段)山区架线施工中遇到的30 mm重覆冰区双联双线夹直线塔滑车悬挂、耐张塔上扬控制及不同冰区异径导线连接等问题,进行了技术探讨并提出优化方案。通过分析国内目前解决上述问题现有方案的优缺点,从技术先进、安全可靠、经济合理等角度出发进行改进。考虑重覆冰区双联双线夹直线塔在施工期间未覆冰垂直荷载小的特点,采取在双悬垂联板上方LT型联板中部增设施工孔,并定制安装配套PT-110延长调整板及卸扣与单个悬垂线夹相连的方式悬挂单滑车,从而解决常规双滑车悬挂工序繁琐且不利于弧垂控制的问题。针对目前山区大转角塔绳索上扬压线方案存在的安全风险,在放线滑车前端增设特制三联板,通过手板葫芦调节联板中间孔处的压线调节绳及滑车尾部设置的倾斜调节绳,将放线滑车调整到上扬绳索的倾斜角度,使其安全顺利通过滑车。在异径大截面导线混合架线的连接上,通过分析优缺点在重要跨越段采用两端均压接牵引管连接的方式,在非重要跨越段采用顺牵引侧导线安装网套连接器,逆向牵引侧压接牵引管的连接方式,通过现场实践总结使用效果并提出注意事项。上述优化方案在该工程放线施工中取得了很好的使用效果,值得在后续特高压工程山区段施工中推广应用。In view of the problems encountered in the mountainous area stringing construction of Yazhong—Jiangxi±800 kV UHV DC line project(Yun 3 bid section),such as the suspension of pulley of double double double double line clamped tangent tower in 30 mm repeated ice area,the rise control of tension tower and the connection of reducing conductors in different ice areas,this paper makes a technical discussion and puts forward an optimization scheme.By analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of the existing schemes to solve the above problems in China,it is improved from the perspective of advanced technology,safety and reliability,economy and rationality.Considering the characteristics of double double double clamp linear tower in the ice covered area with little vertical load without ice during construction,the construction hole is added in the middle of LT type connecting plate above the double suspension connecting plate,and the single pulley is suspended by customized installation of PT-110 extension adjusting plate and shackle connected with a single suspension clamp,so as to solve the problem of cumbersome suspension process of conventional double pulley and unfavorable to sag control.In view of the safety risks existing in the current scheme of raising and pressing the rope of large angle tower in mountainous areas,a special triple plate is added at the front end of the paying off pulley,and the adjusting rope at the middle hole of the connecting plate and the inclination adjusting rope at the tail of the pulley are adjusted to the inclination angle of the raising rope through the hand block hoist,so that it can pass the pulley safely and smoothly.On the connection of mixed stringing of large cross-section conductors with different diameters,the method of crimping traction pipes at both ends is adopted in the important crossing section through analysis of advantages and disadvantages,and the method of installing net sleeve connectors along the conductors at the traction side and crimping traction pipes at th
