摘 要:针对流程型企业生产-配送过程中设备实施定周期维护导致的总成本过高、交货延迟等问题,提出了两阶段维护策略以确定预防性维护(第一阶段)和故障维护(第二阶段)的时间节点。在分析生产-配送和设备维护双重需求的基础上,以最小化总成本和最小化交付提前期和延迟期的加权和为优化目标,建立了考虑设备维护策略的生产-配送联合优化数学模型;通过设计改进的鸡群算法对该模型进行求解,利用高斯变异算子对鸡群算法中鸡群的位置更新策略进行改进以丰富种群多样性,并应用田口方法获得近似最佳算法组合参数。算例分析结果显示,基于两阶段维护策略的数学模型在维护成本和总成本上明显降低、且能准确设置设备维护的时间节点和方式。Aiming at the problem of high total cost and delivery delay caused by fixed cycle maintenance of equipment in the process of production and distribution of process enterprises,this paper proposes a two-stage maintenance strategy to determine the time nodes of preventive maintenance(stage 1)and fault maintenance(stage 2).Based on the analysis of the dual requirements of production-distribution and equipment maintenance,a production-distribution joint optimization mathematical model considering equipment maintenance strategy was established to minimize the total cost and the weighted sum of delivery lead time and delay time.An improved chicken colony algorithm was designed to solve the model.Gaussian mutation operator was used to improve the position updating strategy of the chicken colony algorithm to enrich the population diversity.Taguchi method was used to obtain the approximate optimal algorithm combination parameters.Example analysis results show that the mathematical model based on two-stage maintenance strategy can significantly reduce the maintenance cost and total cost,and can accurately set the time node and mode of equipment maintenance.
