摘  要:水性涂料涂装作为腐蚀保护涂层具有清洁环保的优势,符合国家环境保护的大趋势,但是与溶剂型涂装技术比较,其漆膜附着力有限导致耐腐蚀性能稍差,成为其广泛推广应用的障碍。为获取性能优良的涂层,本文采用不同粒度的砂粒进行喷砂作为前处理工艺,选用水性涂料作为涂装防护层,并进行了试样变形量、粗糙度、漆膜厚度与耐蚀性能测试。结果表明:砂粒粒径较大,获得的粗糙度比较大,涂层与基体结合情况良好,附着力比较大,耐腐蚀性能良好。As a corrosion protection,waterborne coating has the advantages of clean and environmental protection,which is in line with the general trend of national environmental protection.However,com-pared with solvent coating technology,its film adhesion is limited,leading to its slightly poor corro-sion resistance,which has become an obstacle for its widespread application.In order to obtain the coat-ing with good performance,sand particles of different sizes were used for sand blasting as the pretreat-ment process,and waterborne coating was selected as the coating protective layer.The deformation,roughness,film thickness and corrosion resistance of the sample were tested.The results show that the sand particle size is large,the roughness is large,the coating and the matrix are well bonded,the adhe-sion is large,and the corrosion resistance is good.
