摘  要:针对一例滚镀哑光镍产品出现的镍层间结合力不良问题,展开对不良特征的深度检查、原因分析及实验验证,最终确定主要原因是镀液有机杂质过多造成的镀层内应力过大。为防止异常现象再次发生,制定了解决方案,将原槽液的每半年的双氧水+活性炭大处理改为高锰酸钾+活性炭处理方法。方案应用两年来,镀镍层层间结合力不良问题没有发生过,质量一直保持稳定。In view of a case of poor nickel interlayer adhesion of the matte nickel barrel plating prod-uct,depth inspection of the poor characteristics,cause analysis and test verification were carried out,finally it was determined that the main cause was excess of organic impurities in the bath solution,which resulted in excessive internal stress of the coating.A solution was developed to prevent the recur-rence of abnormal phenomena.Semi annual treatment of the original tank solution by hydrogen perox-ide plus active carbon was changed to potassium permanganate plus active carbon treatment.Since ap-plication of the new solution,the poor adhesion between nickel layers has not occurred,and the quality remained stable.
