广西优势水果加工研究进展及发展对策

摘　　要：针对广西优势水果——砂糖橘、沃柑、芒果、香蕉、荔枝龙眼、百香果、火龙果、葡萄,列举了其加工利用、流通和商品化处理发展现状以及相关标准创建情况,分析了广西水果受外来进口果品冲击亟需加工业增加附加值、精深加工基础薄弱、加工行业标准不健全等产业发展面临的痛点和难点,提出扶持龙头企业、强化采后处理装备及技术创新、加强政策引导等发展对策,为实现广西优势水果加工产业规模化、标准化,促进广西优势水果产业高质量发展提供理论参考。This paper introduces the development status of processing,utilization,circulation and commercialization of Guangxi’s dominant fruits——sugar orange,citrus,mango,banana,litchi,longan,passion fruit,pitaya and grape,as well as the creation of relevant standards,and analyzes the pain points and difficulties in the development of Guangxi’s fruit industry,such as the impact of imported fruits,the urgent need to increase the added value of processing industry,the weak foundation of intensive and deep processing,and the imperfect standards of processing industry.This paper also puts forward the development countermeasures of supporting leading enterprises,strengthening post-harvest processing equipment and technological innovation,and strengthening policy guidance,so as to provide theoretical reference for realizing the large-scale and standardized processing industry and promoting the high-quality development of Guangxi’s dominant fruit industry.
