摘　　要：城市轨道交通工程技术复杂,投资巨大,合理确定其工程造价成为参建各方关注的焦点。本研究以现有城市轨道交通工程造价管理规定为基础,结合实际项目设计概算编制经验,从合规性、合理性和完整性等方面论述了总概算的风险点及控制对策,从特殊工法计价、工程数量计算、定额套用等方面论述了分册概算的风险点及控制对策。Urban rail transit engineering technology is complex and the investment is huge.Reasonable determination of the project cost has become the focus of all parties involved in the construction.Based on the existing urban rail transit project cost management regulations,combined with the actual project design budget preparation experience,this study discusses the risk points and countermeasures of the total budget from three aspects:compliance,rationality and integrity.Discusses the risk points and countermeasures of the sub-volume budget in three aspects of special construction valuation,engineering quantity calculation,and quota application.
