银杏叶片联合利多卡因治疗周围性眩晕的临床效果及对患者情绪与前庭功能的影响

摘　　要：目的观察银杏叶片联合利多卡因治疗周围性眩晕的临床效果及对患者情绪与前庭功能的影响。方法选取2019年6月—2020年6月邢台市华北医疗健康集团邢台总医院收治的周围性眩晕患者112例,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各56例。在常规治疗基础上,对照组予双氯芬酸钠盐酸利多卡因注射液治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用银杏叶片治疗,2组均以7 d为1个疗程,共治疗2个疗程。比较2组治疗效果,治疗前后前庭症状指数(VSI)评分、情绪(焦虑与抑郁)评分及生活质量评分变化。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率为94.64%,高于对照组的78.57%(χ^(2)=6.235,P=0.013);治疗2个疗程后,2组VSI评分、汉密顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分、汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分及眩晕障碍评定量表(DHI)评分均较治疗前下降,且观察组低于对照组(P均<0.01)。结论银杏叶片联合利多卡因治疗周围性眩晕的临床效果显著,对患者情绪与前庭功能的改善具有积极影响,患者生活质量提升明显,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical effect of gingko leaves tablets combined with lidocaine in the treatment of peripheral vertigo and its influence on patients′mood and vestibular function.Methods One hundred and twelve patients with peripheral vertigo admitted to the North China Medical&Health Group Xingtai General Hospital from June 2019 to June 2020 were selected.According to the method of random number table,they were divided into observation group and control group,56 cases each.On the basis of routine treatment,the control group was treated with diclofenac sodium and lidocaine hydrochloride injection.The observation group was treated with gingko leaves tablets on the basis of the control group.Both groups took 7 days as a course of treatment,a total of 2 courses of treatment.The therapeutic effect,vestibular symptom score,emotion(anxiety and depression)score and quality of life score before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of patients in the observation group was 94.64%,higher than 78.57%in the control group(χ^(2)=6.235,P=0.013).After 2 courses of treatment,the vestibular symptom index(VSI)score,Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA)score,Hamilton depression scale(HAMD)score and vertigo disorder rating scale(DHI)score in both groups decreased compared with those before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group(All P<0.01).Conclusion The clinical effect of gingko leaves tablets combined with lidocaine on peripheral vertigo is significant.It has a positive impact on the improvement of patients'mood and vestibular function,and the quality of life of patients has also been significantly improved.It is worthy of clinical application.
