摘  要:PCCP保护层砂浆辊射成型质量受多种因素的影响,是PCCP生产质量控制的难点之一。考虑辊射系统参数、辊射轮状态、辊射距离、砂灰比及新拌砂浆含水率等因素,进行了PCCP保护层砂浆的工作性能和力学性能试验研究。结果表明:辊射系统整体运行速度为中高速条件下,所成型的砂浆强度、吸水率以及保护层厚度可达到最优;辊射轮外缘相切、辊射距离为40 cm时,砂浆强度、吸水率以及回弹率最佳;砂浆抗压强度随着砂灰比的降低而逐渐增大,但吸水率随砂灰比的降低呈现先降低后升高的现象。当砂灰比为2.4时,PCCP保护层砂浆的吸水率最小;当砂灰比不变时,新拌砂浆含水率越大,砂浆试块的抗压强度越高,其吸水率越低。Due to affected by multi-factors,the roller-shooting forming quality of PCCP protective-layer mortar is one of the difficulties of PCCP production quality control.In this paper,the working performance and mechanical properties of PCCP protective-layer mortar were experimentally studied by considering the roller shooting system parameters,the roller shooting wheel state,the shooting distance,the ratio of mortar to cement ratio(by mass)and the water content of fresh mortar.Results show that the mortar strength,water absorption and protective-layer thickness could reach the best under the conditions that the overall running speed of the roller shooting system was the medium to high range.When the outer edge of the roller was tangent with the shooting distance of 40 cm,the mortar was formed with a best strength,water absorption rate and rebound rate.The mortar compressive strength increased gradually with the decrease of the sand-cement ratio,but the water absorption rate decreased first and then increased.The water absorption rate was the lowest when the sand-cement ratio was 2.4.When the sand-cement ratio was constant,the fresh mortar with higher water content leads a higher compressive strength and a lower water absorption of hardened specimens.
