摘　　要：目的探讨县域癌症患者对“互联网+延续护理”服务的使用意愿及其影响因素。方法选取2021年8—11月278例住院癌症患者作为研究对象。对所有癌症患者进行“互联网+延续护理”服务使用意愿调查。结果本研究中县域癌症患者使用“互联网+延续性护理”服务的意愿率为43.88%(122/278)。Logistic回归分析结果显示,文化程度、是否拥有智能通信设备、自理能力、是否了解“互联网+延续护理”对县域癌症患者使用“互联网+延续护理”服务的意愿有影响。结论未来在县域开展“互联网+延续护理”服务应关注患者文化程度、自理能力、是否拥有智能通信设备、是否了解“互联网+延续护理”。延续护理的方式和内容应更贴近患者需求,以提升县域癌症患者对“互联网+延续护理”服务的使用意愿。Objective To explore the willingness of cancer patients in county in using"Internet+"continuing care service and its influencing factors.Methods A total of 278 hospitalized cancer patients from August to November 2021 were selected as research objects.All cancer patients were surveyed on their willingness to use"Internet plus"continuing care services.Results In this study,the willingness rate of cancer patients in the county to use"Internet+"continuing care service was 43.88%(122/278).The results of Logistic regression analysis showed that education level,owning intelligent communication equipment,self-care ability and understanding of"Internet+"continuing care had an impact on the willingness of cancer patients to use"Internet+"continuing care services in county areas.Conclusion In the future,the"Internet+"continuing care service in the county should pay attention to the patients′education level,self-care ability,whether they owned intelligent communication equipment or not,and whether they understood the"Internet+"continuing care or not.The mode and content of transitional care should be closer to the needs of patients,so as to improve the willingness of cancer patients in the county to use the"Internet+"continuing care service.
