输尿管中下段结石患者腹部超声特点及临床诊断价值

摘　　要：目的 探讨对输尿管中下段结石患者实施腹部超声检查的特点及临床诊断价值。方法 择取我中心2019年5月至2022年5月40例输尿管中下段结石患者作为研究对象,所有患者经手术病理学检查确诊为输尿管中下段结石,初步诊断则实施腹部超声检查,分析对输尿管中下段结石患者实施经腹部超声检查的诊断效果,并统计腹部超声检查的准确率、漏诊率、误诊率。结果 经腹部超声检查,40例输尿管中下段结石患者确诊38例,确诊率95.00%;漏诊1例,漏诊率2.50%;误诊1例,误诊率2.50%;与手术病理学检查诊断结果比较无明显差异(P> 0.05);分型准确率中,腹部超声检查诊断输尿管中段结石患者18例(45.00%),漏诊1例、误诊1例;腹部超声检查诊断输尿管下段结石患者20例,确诊20例,准确率高达100.00%。结论 输尿管中下段结石发病后常有较明显临床症状,临床采用经腹部超声检查输尿管中下段结石,其检查结果准确率较高,可精准分型输尿管结石类型,继而为临床针对性治疗提供有力的参考价值,可有效提升治疗有效性,缩短治疗时间,促进病情尽早康复,可见对输尿管中下段结石患者而言经腹部超声检查具有较高的临床诊断价值。Objective To investigate the characteristics and clinical diagnostic value of abdominal ultrasonography in patients with middle and lower ureteral calculi.Methods A total of 40 patients with middle and lower ureteral calculi in our center from May 2019 to May 2022 were selected as the study subjects.All patients were diagnosed as middle and lower ureteral calculi by surgical pathology,and abdominal ultrasonography was performed for the initial diagnosis.The diagnostic effect of transabdominal ultrasonography on patients with middle and lower ureteral calculi was analyzed,and the accuracy,missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis rates of abdominal ultrasonography were calculated.Results 38 of 40 patients with middle and lower ureteral calculi were diagnosed by abdominal ultrasound,with the diagnostic rate of 95.00%;missed diagnosis in 1 case(2.50%);1 case was misdiagnosed,the misdiagnosis rate was 2.50%;there was no significant difference between the diagnosis results and surgical pathology(P>0.05);among the accuracy of classification,18 patients(45.00%) were diagnosed as middle ureteral calculi by abdominal ultrasound,1 case was missed and 1 case was misdiagnosed;among 20 patients with lower ureteral calculi diagnosed by abdominal ultrasonography,20 were confirmed,with an accuracy of 100.00%.Conclusion There are often obvious clinical symptoms after the onset of middle and lower ureteral calculi.Transabdominal ultrasound is used to check the middle and lower ureteral calculi.The accuracy of the results is high,which can accurately classify the types of ureteral calculi,and then provide a strong reference value for clinical targeted treatment,which can effectively improve the effectiveness of treatment,shorten the treatment time,and promote the early recovery of the disease.It can be seen that transabdominal ultrasonography has a high clinical diagnostic value for patients with middle and lower ureteral calculi.
