摘  要:目的 分析和探讨CT三维成像技术对肺内小结节良恶性鉴别的应用及诊断价值。方法 在2017年9月至2019年9月我院所有肺内小结节患者中,随机收集66例作为本次研究的对象,对所有患者均进行CT检查,统计检查结果,之后对患者进行CT三维成像技术,再次统计结果,对2次结果进行分析和对比,并整理男性患者与女性患者的平均弥散系数值和部分各向异性指数值的差异。结果 CT三维成像技术在毛刺征诊断准确率、棘状突起断准确率、胸膜凹陷征诊断准确率、血管集束征诊断准确率以及细小钙化征诊断准确率方面均高于常规CT扫描(P <0.05);女性患者的肺结节病变部平均弥散系数值、肺结节周围水肿部平均弥散系数值以及正常肺组织部平均弥散系数值均低于男性(P <0.05);女性患者的肺结节病变部各向异性指数值、肺结节周围水肿部分各向异性指数值以及正常肺组织部各向异性指数值均低于男性(P <0.05)。结论 CT三维成像技术在肺内小结节良恶性鉴别中的应用价值显著,诊断准确率高,适合在临床实施和开展。Objective To analyze and explore the application and diagnostic value of CT 3D imaging technique in the differentiation of benign and malignant small pulmonary nodules.Methods In September 2017 to September 2019,as the time benchmark,in all patients with pulmonary nodules in our hospital,66 cases randomly collected as the research object and subject to all patients with CT examination,the statistical test results,after the patient into the CT 3D imaging technique,statistical again as a result,the analysis and comparison,the result of the two The mean diffusion coefficient and partial anisotropy index values of male and female patients were sorted out.Results The diagnostic accuracy of CT 3D imaging technique was higher than that of conventional CT scan in the diagnosis of burr sign,spinous process fracture,pleural sag sign,vascular cluster sign and small calcification sign(P<0.05).The mean diffusion coefficient of pulmonary nodules lesions,edema surrounding pulmonary nodules and normal lung tissue in female patients were lower than those in male patients(P<0.05).The partial anisotropy index values of pulmonary nodules lesions,pulmonary nodules edema and normal lung tissue in female patients were lower than those in male patients(P<0.05).Conclusion CT 3D imaging technique is of significant value in the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant small pulmonary nodules,with high diagnostic accuracy and suitable for clinical implementation and development.
