初产妇产程中应用陪伴式全程无缝隙导乐助产的效果观察

摘　　要：目的 分析初产妇护理中应用陪伴式全程无缝隙导乐助产的效果观察。方法 对我院产科2021年6月至2022年6月收治的200例初产妇进行分析,以入院时间先后顺序将其分为两组,对照组行常规护理干预,观察组在对照组的基础上行陪伴式全程无缝隙导乐助产,分析两组初产妇临床相关数据。结果 观察组第一、第二、第三产程以及总产程均短于对照组(P <0.05);观察组患者护理后SAS评分以及SDS评分均低于对照组(P <0.05);观察组患者物质生活、心理功能、社会功能以及躯体功能均高于对照组(P <0.05);而胎儿窘迫发生率、产后出血率以及新生儿窒息率均低于对照组(P <0.05);自然分娩率高于对照组(P <0.05);观察组患者护理满意度为90.00%,对照组患者护理满意度为71.00%,护理满意度明显高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论 陪伴式全程无缝隙导乐助产不仅能有效改善初产妇的妊娠结局、SAS评分、SDS评分,而且能提高其护理服务满意度。同时缩短分娩时间,值得临床应用。Objective To analyze the effect of the application of accompanied whole process of seamless doula midwifery in primipara nursing.Methods A total of 200 primiparas admitted to our hospital from June 2021 to June 2022 were analyzed,and they were divided into two groups according to the order of admission time.The control group received routine nursing intervention,and the observation group received accompanying whole-course seamless doula midwifery on the basis of the control group.Results The first,second,third and total stages of labor in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The SAS score and SDS score of the observation group after nursing were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The material life,psychological function,social function and physical function of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of fetal distress,postpartum hemorrhage and neonatal asphyxia were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The natural delivery rate was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of patients in the observation group was 90.00%,and that of patients in the control group was 71.00%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The accompanying whole-course seamless doula midwifery can not only effectively improve the pregnancy outcome,SAS score,SDS score,but also improve the satisfaction of nursing service.At the same time,shorten the delivery time,worthy of clinical application.
