在急诊对心律失常患者采取胺碘酮治疗的意义

摘　　要：目的 探讨在急诊对心律失常患者采取胺碘酮治疗的意义。方法 选取2019年3月至2020年3月在大连市友谊医院急诊科就诊80例心律失常患者,随即分为试验组和对照组,两组患者均采取常规治疗,对照组40例采取常规治疗,试验组40例在对照组的基础上使用胺碘酮进行治疗,比较两组患者的临床有效率。比较两组患者的心脏病学会心功能不全评分标准,疗效评分标准,室性心律失常评分,安全性评分指标。结果 试验组临床有效率为85.00%,对照组临床有效率为75.00%,试验组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。试验组心脏病学会心功能不全评分标准,疗效评分标准,室性心律失常评分,安全性评分指标均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 对急诊心律失常患者在常规治疗的基础上使用胺碘酮进行治疗,临床效果比较好,安全性较高,值得推广。Objective To explore the significance of amiodarone treatment in patients with arrhythmia in emergency.Methods Eighty patients with arrhythmia treated in the emergency department of Dalian Friendship Hospital from March 2019 to March 2020 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.Both groups were treated with routine treatment,40 cases in the control group were treated with routine treatment,and 40 cases in the experimental group were treated with amiodarone on the basis of the control group.The clinical effective rates of the two groups were compared.The cardiac insufficiency scoring standard,efficacy scoring standard,ventricular arrhythmia score and safety score of the cardiology society of the two groups were compared.Results The clinical effective rate was 85.00% in the experimental group and 75.00% in the control group,which was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The score criteria of cardiac insufficiency of the NAHA Class,the efficacy scoring standard,the ventricular arrhythmia score and the safety score index of the experimental group were better than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion On the basis of routine treatment,amiodarone has good clinical effect and high safety,which is worthy of popularization.
