万托林联合普米克氧气雾化吸入治疗小儿哮喘的疗效及对不良反应与肺功能的影响

摘　　要：目的 观察万托林联合普米克氧气雾化吸入治疗小儿哮喘对其不良反应及肺功能的影响。方法 合理纳入2019年1月至2020年3月在我院接受治疗的小儿哮喘患儿64例,随机分配成常规治疗的对照组和万托林联合普米克氧气雾化吸入治疗的观察组,检测两组患儿肺功能水平,同时记录两组患儿临床症状(肺音、喘息、呼吸困难、咳嗽)消失时间和不良反应发生情况,分析临床疗效。结果 观察组患儿肺功能指标FVC、PFVC、FEV_(1)、PFEV_(1)水平均明显优于对照组,差异显著(P <0.05);相较对照组的25.00%(8/32),观察组患儿不良反应发生率[6.25%(2/32)]更低,差异明显(P <0.05);观察组患儿肺音消失时间、喘息消失时间、呼吸困难消失时间、咳嗽消失时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组患儿总有效率达到96.88%(31/32),明显高于对照组的75.00%(24/32),差异明显(P <0.05)。结论 针对小儿哮喘患儿,临床给予万托林联合普米克氧气雾化吸入治疗效果显著,有助于积极改善患儿肺功能,且不良反应少,安全性高,值得推荐。Objective To observe the effect of Vantorin combined with Pulmicort oxygen atomization inhalation on adverse reactions and lung function of children asthma.Methods Sixty-four children with asthma were randomly divided into two groups:the observation group and the control group,which were treated with oxygen inhalation for 3 months in 2020,at the same time,the disappearance time of clinical symptoms(pulmonary rales,wheezing,dyspnea and cough) and the occurrence of adverse reactions were recorded,and the clinical curative effect was analyzed.Results Compared with the control group,the levels of FVC,PFVC,FEV_(1) and PFEV_(1) in the observation group were significantly better(P<0.05).Compared with 25.00%(8/32) in the control group,the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 6.25%(2/32),and the difference was significant(P<0.05).The disappearance time of pulmonary rales,wheezing,dyspnea and cough in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).The total effective rate of children in the observation group was 96.88%(31/32),which was significantly higher than 75.00%(24/32) in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For children with asthma,the clinical effect of ventolin combined with pulmicort oxygen atomization inhalation is significant,which is helpful to actively improve the lung function of children,with less adverse reactions and high safety,which is worthy of recommendation.
