针对性护理在慢性胃溃疡患者中的应用价值分析

摘　　要：目的 分析慢性胃溃疡患者行针对性护理方案的价值。方法 选择2019年5月至2020年5月我院收治的慢性胃溃疡患者84例为研究对象,采用电脑分组,对照组42例行常规护理,观察组42例行针对性护理,比较两组护理价值。结果 护理后,观察组SF-36评分的生理功能(8.06±1.55)分、生理职能(8.33±1.42)分、社会功能(8.35±1.37)分、情感职能(8.92±1.00)分、精神健康(8.68±1.05)分、躯体疼痛(8.55±1.07)分、健康状况(8.24±1.35)分、活动经历(7.98±1.45)分,均高于对照组的生理功能(6.55±2.31)分、生理职能(6.72±2.35)分、社会功能(6.39±2.45)分、情感职能(6.54±2.54)分、精神健康(6.56±2.59)分、躯体疼痛(6.70±2.11)分、健康状况(6.88±2.64)分、活动经历(7.11±2.55分),差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组SAS(58.12±5.18)分、SDS(53.11±4.90)分,均低于对照组的(67.89±6.55)分、(61.98±6.95)分,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);护理后,观察组的不良反应发生率(2.38%)低于对照组的23.80%,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 慢性胃溃疡患者行针对性护理方案,能改善临床症状,提升生活质量,控制不良反应的出现,值得临床推广以及应用。Objective To analyze the value of targeted nursing programs in patients with chronic gastric ulcer.Methods A total of 84 patients with chronic gastric ulcer admitted to our hospital from May 2019 to May 2020 were selected as the research objects,and(n=42) were divided by computer.Routine nursing in the control group and targeted nursing in the observation group.Compare the nursing value of the two groups.Results After nursing,the observation group had SF-36 scores(8.06±1.55) points for physiological function,(8.33±1.42) points for physiological function,(8.35±1.37) points for social function,(8.92±1.00) points for emotional function,(8.68±1.05) points for mental health,(8.55±1.07) points for pain,health status(8.24±1.35) points,activity experience(7.98±1.45) points,were higher than the control group physiological function(6.55±2.31) points,physiological function(6.72±2.35) points,social function(6.39±2.45) points,emotional function(6.54±2.54) points,mental health(6.56±2.59) points,physical pain(6.70±2.11) points,health status(6.88±2.64) points,activity experience(7.11±2.55) points,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The observation group SAS(58.12±5.18) points,SDS(53.11±4.90) points were lower than those the control group(67.89±6.55) points,(61.98±6.95) points,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the adverse reaction rate of the observation group was 2.38%,was lower than that the control group(23.80%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The targeted nursing program for patients with chronic gastric ulcer can improve the clinical symptoms,improve the quality of life,and control the appearance of adverse reactions.It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
