系统化护理在胃溃疡护理中的价值研究

摘　　要：目的 分析系统化护理模式在胃溃疡患者护理干预中的应用价值。方法 选择医院于2020年1月至2021年9月收治的74例胃溃疡患者,随机分组后,观察组患者接受系统化护理,对照组胃溃疡患者接受常规护理,评估不同护理方案的临床应用价值。结果观察组患者的护理满意度、生活质量评分高于对照组,护理后观察组患者的临床症状评分低于对照组,数据差异显著(P <0.05);两组患者护理后的自我效能管理评分评价结果显示,观察组高于对照组(P <0.05),且观察组患者的疾病复发率显著低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论 在胃溃疡患者护理干预阶段,系统化护理模式有助于提升患者生活质量,解决疾病复发问题,具有优势。Objective To analyze the application value of systematic nursing mode in the nursing intervention of patients with gastric ulcer.Methods A total of 74 patients with gastric ulcer who were admitted to the hospital from January 2020 to September 2021 were randomly divided into two groups.The patients in the observation group received systematic nursing and the patients in the control group received routine nursing.The clinical application value of different nursing schemes was evaluated.Results The scores of nursing satisfaction and quality of life in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the scores of clinical symptoms in the observation group after nursing were lower than those in the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).The evaluation results of self-efficacy management scores after nursing in the two groups showed that the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05),and the recurrence rate of the patients in the observation group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the stage of nursing intervention for patients with gastric ulcer,the systematic nursing model is helpful to improve the quality of life of patients and solve the problem of disease recurrence,with advantages.
