针刺与TDP理疗结合拔罐治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨针刺与TDP理疗结合拔罐治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床效果。方法选取68例慢性盆腔炎患者,根据治疗方法不同将患者分为对照组与研究组,每组34例。对照组予以常规西药进行治疗,研究组予以针刺与TDP理疗结合拔罐进行治疗。比较两组患者症状积分、炎性因子水平及不良反应发生情况。结果研究组患者小腹坠痛、带下量多、疲乏低热、腰骶酸痛的症状评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)及白介素-10(IL-10)水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组TNF-α水平低于治疗前,IL-10水平高于治疗前,且研究组TNF-α水平低于对照组,IL-10水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组不良反应发生率8.82%低于对照组的29.41%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针刺与TDP理疗结合拔罐治疗慢性盆腔炎可改善患者的临床症状,有效控制血清炎性因子水平,不会产生严重不良反应,值得临床推广与应用。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of acupuncture and TDP therapy combined with cupping therapy on chronic pelvic infl ammatory disease.Methods 68 patients with chronic pelvic infl ammatory disease were selected and divided into control group and study group according to diff erent treatment methods,34 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,while the study group was treated with acupuncture and TDP therapy combined with cupping therapy.Symptom scores,infl ammatory factors and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The symptom scores of lower abdominal drop pain,lower volume,fatigue,low fever and lumbosacral pain in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the diff erences were statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no signifi cant diff erence in the levels of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and interleukin-10(IL-10)between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of TNF-αand IL-10 in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the levels of TNF-αand IL-10 in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the diff erences were statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in experimental group(8.82%)was lower than that in control group(29.41%),and the diff erence was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture and TDP therapy combined with cupping therapy in the treatment of chronic pelvic infl ammatory disease can improve the clinical symptoms of patients,eff ectively control the level of serum infl ammatory factors,without serious adverse reactions,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
