口服短效避孕药治疗剖宫产瘢痕憩室所致经期延长的效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析口服短效避孕药治疗剖宫产瘢痕憩室所致经期延长的临床效果。方法选取56例剖宫产瘢痕憩室所致经期延长患者,遵从随机抽样分组原则将其分为对照组与试验组,每组28例。对照组运用宫腔镜修复术治疗,试验组运用宫腔镜修复术联合口服短效避孕药治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后月经情况、情绪状态及临床疗效。结果治疗前,两组月经量、经期时间及月经周期比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,试验组月经量少于对照组,经期时间及月经周期明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组抑郁、焦虑评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,试验组抑郁、焦虑评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组治疗总有效率96.43%高于对照组的71.43%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论剖宫产瘢痕憩室所致经期延长患者给予口服短效避孕药效果显著,可有效减少月经量,缩短经期时间,改善月经周期,维持较好心态,具有临床应用价值。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of oral short-acting contraceptive in the treatment of prolonged menstrual period caused by cesarean scar diverticulum.Methods 56 patients with prolonged menstrual period caused by cesarean scar diverticulum were selected and divided into control group and experimental group according to the principle of random sampling,with 28 cases in each group.The control group was treated with hysteroscopic repair,and the experimental group was treated with hysteroscopic repair combined with oral short-acting contraceptive.Menstruation,emotional state and clinical effi cacy were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results Before treatment,there were no signifi cant differences in menstrual volume,menstrual period time and menstrual cycle between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the menstrual volume of the experimental group was less than that of the control group,the menstrual period time and menstrual cycle were signifi cantly shorter than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no signifi cant difference in the scores of depression and anxiety between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of depression and anxiety in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of experimental group was 96.43%higher than that of control group(71.43%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of oral short-acting contraceptive on patients with prolonged menstrual period caused by cesarean scar diverticulum is significant,which can effectively reduce menstrual volume,shorten menstrual period time,improve menstrual cycle,maintain a better state of mind,and has clinical application value.
