性激素检验在不孕症诊断中的应用价值研究

摘　　要：目的研究性激素检验在不孕症患者诊断中的应用价值。方法选取98例不孕症患者为研究组,另选取同期98例健康体检者为对照组,分别在不同时期检验两组性激素六项水平,并进行对比。结果研究组卵泡期卵泡刺激素(FSH)、雌二醇(E2)、睾酮(T)水平显著低于对照组,而孕酮(P)、催乳素(PRL)水平更高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),促黄体生成素(LH)水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组排卵期P、PRL水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),研究组FSH、LH、E2、T水平均显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组黄体期FSH、E2、T水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),研究组LH、PRL显著高于对照组,P水平更低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在不孕症患者诊断中,检验其性激素水平可为临床诊治提供可靠依据,具有临床应用价值。Objective To study the application value of sex hormone test in the diagnosis of infertility patients.Methods 98 infertile patients were selected as the study group,and 98 healthy subjects were selected as the control group.Six levels of sex hormones in the two groups were tested at diff erent periods and compared.Results The levels of follicular follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),estradiol(E2)and testosterone(T)in the study group were signifi cantly lower than those in the control group,while the levels of progesterone(P)and prolactin(PRL)were higher,with statistical signifi cance(P<0.05),while there was no statistical signifi cance in the level of luteinizing hormone(LH)in the study group(P>0.05).There was no signifi cant difference in the levels of P and PRL during ovulation between the two groups(P>0.05),while the levels of FSH,LH,E2 and T in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no signifi cant diff erence in the levels of FSH,E2 and T in luteal phase between the two groups(P>0.05),LH and PRL in the study group were signifi cantly higher than those in the control group,and Plevels were lower,with statistical signifi cance(P<0.05).Conclusion In the diagnosis of infertility patients,testing their sex hormone levels can provide a reliable basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment,and has clinical application value.
