全程护理干预对妇科行尿动力检查患者疼痛和心理状态的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨全程护理干预对妇科行尿动力检查患者疼痛和心理状态的影响。方法选择妇科行尿动力检查患者100例为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组50例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施全程护理干预。比较两组负性情绪、疼痛程度和护理满意度情况。结果护理前,两组SAS、SDS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,观察组SAS、SDS评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者疼痛程度低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论妇科行尿动力检查患者给予全程护理干预,可以改善患者负性情绪,减轻疼痛程度,提高护理满意度。Objective To explore the effects of whole-course nursing intervention on pain and mental state of gynecological patients undergoing urodynamic examination.Methods 100 cases of gynecological patients undergoing urodynamic examination were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received nursing intervention.Negative emotions,pain and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results Before nursing,there was no significant difference in SAS and SDS scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the diff erences were statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).The pain degree of observation group was lower than control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of observation group was higher than that of control group,the difference was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).Conclusion The whole nursing intervention for gynecological patients undergoing urodynamic examination can improve the negative emotions of patients,reduce the degree of pain,and improve nursing satisfaction.
