我院门诊高血压处方用药情况分析

摘　　要：目的分析蚌埠医学院第二附属医院门诊抗高血压药物处方情况,为高血压患者临床合理用药提供参考。方法通过医院信息系统(HIS)抽取2020年6-12月蚌埠医学院第二附属医院门诊抗高血压药物处方10717张,分析抗高血压药物使用情况。结果10717张处方中,男性患者处方6276张,占比58.56%,高于女性患者。随着年龄的增长,患者人数不断增加,61~75岁患者占比最高(38.07%)。钙通道阻滞剂、血管紧张素Ⅱ受体拮抗剂及复方制剂的销售金额及销售数量均较高。苯磺酸氨氯地平片、厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪片、硝苯地平缓释片(Ⅲ)的用药频度(DDDs)值较高,是门诊使用率较高的药物;苯磺酸氨氯地平片的日均费用(DDC)最低。结论医院门诊降压药物使用基本合理,基本符合高血压治疗原则及个体化给药方案。Objective To analyze the prescription of antihypertensive drugs in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Bengbu Medical College,and to provide reference for clinical rational drug use in patients with hypertension.Methods Through the hospital information system(HIS),10717 outpatient antihypertensive drug prescriptions of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Bengbu Medical College from June to December 2020 were extracted to analyze the use of antihypertensive drugs.Results Among the 10717 prescriptions,6276 prescriptions were prescribed by male patients,accounting for 58.56%,which was higher than that of female patients.With the increase of age,the number of patients continued to increase,and the proportion of patients aged 61~75 years old took the lead(38.07%).The sales amount and sales volume of calcium channel blockers,angiotensinⅡreceptor antagonists and compound preparations were higher.Amlodipine besylate tablets,irbesartan hydrochlorothiazide tablets,nifedipine sustained-release tablets(Ⅲ)had higher defined daily dose system(DDDs),and were the drugs with higher rate of outpatient use;Amlodipine besylate tablets had the lowest daily dose cost(DDC).Conclusion The use of antihypertensive drugs for hypertensive patients in the hospital is basically reasonable,which can follow the hypertension related guidelines and individualized treatment programs.
