摘　　要：解毒活血汤是清代名医王清任治疗瘟毒的名方。尹常健教授通过对本方组成药物的剖析,指出解毒活血汤适用于因热毒瘀血壅滞于头面五官、心、脑等导致的身体上部病变,心神疾病是其适应证之一;通过分析毒邪、瘀血对心神疾病的致病机制,指出瘀毒阻窍是心神疾病的重要病机,热毒内扰为致病因素,瘀血阻滞络脉为病机关键;主张辨明瘀毒的病机主次,分瘀重于毒、毒重于瘀、正虚邪恋三型对心神疾病辨证论治。总结归纳了解毒活血汤治疗心神疾病的临床应用指征,并附验案三则以详解之。Jiedu Huoxue Decoction(解毒活血汤)is a famous prescription created by WANG Qingren(a well-known doctor in the Qing Dynasty)for treating pestilential toxin.Through analyzing the composition medicines,Professor YIN Changjian points out that Jiedu Huoxue Decoction is indicated for the diseases in the upper part of the body which are caused by accumulation of heat toxin and blood stasis in the head,face,five sense organs,heart,brain,etc.,and the heart spirit disease is one of its indications.Through analyzing the pathological role of toxin and blood stasis in heart spirit diseases,Professor YIN develops the idea that blood stasis and toxin obstructing the orifice is an important pathogenesis of heart spirit diseases.The internal disturbance of the heart spirit caused by heat toxin is a pathogenic factor,and blood stasis obstructing the collateral vessels is the crux of the pathogenesis.Professor YIN advocates distinguishing primary pathogenesis from secondary pathogenesis,and divides heart spirit diseases into three types:blood stasis outweigh toxin,toxin outweigh blood stasis,and deficient healthy qi with lingering pathogenic qi.The indications of Jiedu Huoxue Decoction in treatment of heart spirit diseases were summarized,and 3 proved cases were listed to explain them.
