高镁石灰石晶体特征对熟料中方镁石形成及压蒸膨胀的影响

摘  要:使用6种不同晶体特征的高镁石灰石煅烧高镁熟料(MgO含量6%),通过岩相分析、热重分析、压蒸测试等主要检测方法对石灰石和熟料中的矿物分布及尺寸进行了检测和观察.发现不同晶体特征高镁石灰石粗料配料熟料中形成f-CaO与方镁石共生矿巢,石灰石中白云石晶体尺寸大、分布密集、物理缺陷小、间隙杂质少,f-CaO与方镁石共生矿巢大且紧凑,熟料压蒸膨胀率大.熟料压蒸膨胀率和f-CaO与方镁石共生矿巢截面面积正相关.In this work,six kinds of high magnesium limestones with different crystal characteristics were calcined to produce high magnesium clinker(6%MgO).The mineral and particle size distributions of limestone and clinker were detected and observed by petrographic,thermogravimetric and autoclave analyses,etc.It was found that a paramagnetic ore structure of f-CaO and periclase were formed in the clinker of high magnesium limestone with different crystal characteristics.Moreover,dolomite has many properties,including big crystal size,dense distribution,less physical defects,less interstitial impurities,paragenetic ore of f-CaO and periclase were big and compact,and clinker pressure steam expansion rate was large.The cross-section area of paragenetic ore of f-CaO and periclase was positively relevant to the clinker pressuresteamexpansionrate.
