摘  要:工作面快速推进是实现煤矿高产高效的重要途径,但是工作面推进速度加快,将导致顶板来压强烈、超前支承压力增大等诸多问题,通过理论分析、相似模拟试验、数值模拟计算等手段,针对大采高综采工作面推进速度对超前支承压力规律的影响进行研究,结果表明:(1)推进速度对超前支承压力峰值大小、位置及范围均产生影响,推进速度加快,超前支承压力峰值增大,位置向工作面煤壁靠近,影响范围有缩小趋势;(2)通过理论分析计算表明,推进速度增大时,工作面周期来压液压支架载荷增大,通过插值法计算该工作面极限推进速度为13.4 m/d。The rapid advancing of fully-mechanized working face is an important way to achieve high production and high efficiency in coal mines.But the acceleration of the working face advancing will lead to many problems,such as strong roof weighting and increased advancing support pressure.By using the theoretical analysis,the similar simulation,the numerical simulation calculations and so on,aiming at large mining height fully-mechanized face advancing speed,the influence of law of advancing support pressure is studied.The results show that:(1)The advancing speed has an impact on the magnitude,position and range of the peak value of the advanced abutment pressure.With the acceleration of the advancing speed,the peak value of the advanced abutment pressure increases,and the position is close to the coal wall of the working face,and the influence range has a narrowing trend;(2)through theoretical analysis and calculation,it is shown that the hydraulic support load increases when the advancing speed increases.The limiting advancing speed of the working face is calculated to be 13.4 m/d by interpolation method.
