摘 要:对于采煤工作面沿空巷道实体侧煤壁发生倾覆片帮的现象,总结煤壁倾覆片帮的特点,分析煤壁倾覆片帮的发生机理。分析认为煤壁倾覆片帮是在侧向支承压力和超前支承压力共同作用下,煤体受张拉应力作用,产生竖向裂隙,特别是当巷道肩部存在煤岩结合等弱面时,煤体所受约束减少,易发生煤壁倾覆片帮。提高煤壁的支护强度,减小煤壁应力条件,可有效降低发生煤壁倾覆片帮的风险。For the phenomenon of coal wall overturning in the solid side of the gob-side roadway in the coal face,the characteristics of coal wall overturning and the mechanism of coal wall overturning are summarized.The analysis shows that the coal wall overturning spline is caused by vertical cracks under the action of tensile stress under the joint action of lateral abutment pressure and advance abutment pressure.Especially when there is a weak surface such as a coal-rock combination at the shoulder of the roadway,the coal body is less constrained and the coal wall overturning spline is easy to occur.Increasing the supporting strength of the coal wall and reducing the stress condition of the coal wall can effectively reduce the risk of the coal wall overturning.
